The fuel for this change will include; market contraction, technology innovations, larger competitors fight to hold or increase market share, larger competitors desire to get closer to the consumers wallet, and more Joint Ventures and controlled business arrangements. The Management Conference was a huge success!
The Management conference that Mike Baker and Dave Hershman hosted was a tremendous succes! There were over 200 attendees that listened to many industry leaders speaking about relevant management topics. It is clear that many managers and owners were there to try an establish new thought processes for managing through this new market that is emerging.

They networked with each other sharing thoughts and ideas at the coffee and lunch breaks.
